  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Orders are processed in sequential order by our team.  We strive to deliver every order quickly and timely.  Expedited orders can be accommodated with an additional fee.

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

  • What are your delivery fees?

    Fees vary based on total distance of your order

  • Can I exchange or return my items?

    Yes, some orders are eligible for return or exchanged if the vendor allows.
